At LoveCosmetics.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g. cosmetics, skincare items, opened makeup) cannot be returned once opened.
- Proof of purchase (order number/email confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
