UK Delivery Options
We deliver across the UK. Below are the available options and estimated timings:

International Delivery
We ship to many countries worldwide. Delivery times and charges vary by destination.
- Europe: Usually 3–7 working days (delays possible due to customs)
- Rest of World: 7–21 working days (dependent on customs and local carrier)
- Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are not included in our charges.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are usually processed within 1 working day.
- If an item is out of stock, we will email you with options (backorder or refund).
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking
All dispatched orders include a tracking link sent via email/SMS.

Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact our customer service team with your order number.
Delivery Problems & Returns
- Damaged item: Please send photos along with your order number.
- Wrong or missing item: We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
- Returns: Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days (unused and in original packaging). Return postage charges may apply.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can cancel and issue a full refund. Once dispatched, our returns policy will apply.
