Delivery

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer Standard and Express shipping across India. Estimated timelines and pricing are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Information page.

I haven’t received my order—what should I do?

Check your dispatch email for the tracking link or go to Your Account to track the parcel. Also check with neighbours or your local depot. If it still hasn’t arrived after the stated timeframe, contact us from the Help Centre.

What happens if I’m not at home?

Couriers may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery. Use your tracking link to rearrange delivery or collection.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics/skincare cannot be returned unless faulty.

How do I start a return?
  1. Email support@lovecosmetics.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll send return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack items securely and include your order number inside the parcel.
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Ordering

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start processing orders quickly. If you need a change, contact us immediately—if the order hasn’t been picked, we’ll try our best to help.

Why was an item missing?

To avoid delays, items may ship separately. Check your dispatch email; if an item is missing despite being listed as shipped, contact support.

How do I track my order?

Log in to Your Account to view orders and tracking. You’ll also get tracking via email/SMS when available.

I forgot my password—what now?

Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page to reset it.

Payment & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards, UPI, netbanking, and select wallets. Options appear at checkout based on your region.

My discount code isn’t working—why?

Please check expiry, minimum spend, and eligible products. Only one code can be used per order unless stated.
